As BlueBuild grew quickly our initial computer support was unable to cope so we needed a company who could provide us with the service we required effectively and efficiently . Our Account Manager at Precept, Clive Jones came to discuss face to face with us our business and our needs. Basically to 1. provide an IT helpdesk with unlimited remote technical support 2. Implemented cloud email and folders using Office365 3. Assisted with router and other hardware issues 4. Upgraded the Antivirus to a centrally managed solution How did you work together to achieve an optimum result? Open fast communication with each other. Through time Precept has built up our trust as Precept have not let us down What do you like about the outcome so far? Our IT support has been smooth running and problem free and has given us tremendous peace of mind. Computers are a key part of our business.
