Invisible Traffick

Precept have been working with Invisible Traffick since 2016 to improve Information and Communication Technology. The directors at Invisible Traffick were kind enough to send us a testimonial on their experiences working with Precept Invisible Traffick have recently been undergoing a significant change and upgrade, we needed an organisation that could supply a secure Digital and telephony system to operate our call centre. Being a charity organisation we also needed help in accessing a discounted rate for Microsoft office 365, followed by the migration of all our emails, and most recent we had experienced serious issues with our website. All of these needs were completed by Precept IT including the redevelopment of the website. We look for professionalism, reliability, continued support and value for money. Recently we had a problem with our website defaulting to another site, this was not only debilitating but affecting the ethos of the charity. We discussed in depth with Precept IT our concerns including the effect it was having on our reputation. Precept IT worked with Invisible Traffick and discussed the solutions to rectify the problem. By telephone conversations, meetings, emails and also using remote technical support we were able to achieve our optimum result. I particularly appreciated the support given to us by Precept IT and how quickly actions were taken. I am passionate about the professionalism and also integrity these are two qualities I perceive from Precept IT About Invisible Traffick Invisible Traffick is an anti-human trafficking charity organisation, based in Northern Ireland, with offices also in Ireland and Great Britain. The NI dept., has 1 part-time employee, and approx 45 volunteers. Human Trafficking has been upgraded to the level of ‘serious’ crime, it deprives Men, Women and Children of their human rights and freedom. A recent survey showed that 35% of the public, do not think that human trafficking is widespread in NI. Our aim is to change this mind set by supporting and protecting the most vulnerable in our society, this includes children and young people. To assist with this we have an education programme to equip children of primary school age. Our most recent project was the launch of the Victim Support Helpline in March 2017. What Precept installed Precept IT were hugely involved with the development of this project, by installing the telephone system, computers, hardware such as NAS for file storage and also as migrating emails to Microsoft office 365, and including all backup support. Precept IT have played an integral part with redeveloping the website, providing the technical support and helping with last minute adjustments. They also assisted with the migration of emails for all three departments, their service department deals with any technical hitches immediately, this is a extremely important factor in any business and one highly commended by Precept IT.
