Precept win Newcomer Award on Intern Europe’s Eramus Programme

Precept IT were delighted to receive the Newcomer Award for providing workplace placements to European students on the Eramus Programme. This programme was organised in Northern Ireland by Intern Europe. The event was held at the Ormeau Baths in Ormeau Avenue on Thursday 7th December 2017.

Since 2015 Precept IT have been providing engaging and challenging workplace placements for European Students in their IT helpdesk team in Belfast. Students from Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria have taken the opportunity to sit side by side with the full team helpdesk engineers and learn the trade from the experts.

Precept IT Director Clive Jones attended the event and collected the award on behalf of Precept IT.  Clive said:
We are delighted to receive the award in recognition of the placements that we have provided for European students over the last three years. The partnership with Intern Europe has been mutually beneficial and as well giving students the opportunity to learn vital IT skills, Precept benefit from insights into new cultures, exciting new personalities around the company and a valuable contribution to company projects. We look forward to an ongoing relationship with Intern Europe and hosting many more students.
