The 4 hour support guarantee is only available where a support ticket has been sent and received at firstname.lastname@example.org between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and public holidays in Northern Ireland.
To clarify, the repayment under the support guarantee is only made when a Precept IT technician has not started to work on the issue. There is no guarantee that the technician will have completed or fixed the issue within the four hour timeframe. Indeed we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time
“The Fix is on us”, refers to a repayment to the value of the monthly support fee relating to that specific assset of £15 + VAT e.g. the laptop/desktop in question or server in question, regardless of how many other assets this affects. The repayment is deducted from the following monthly payment.
This Guarantee can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
