Expanding into Europe & Park Hood
eTrack first customer in the UK was Landscape Architect Practice Park Hood, based in Belfast, with offices in London and Dublin. Park Hood were already customers of Precept IT and were firmly intend on streamlining their IT by moving their data off site to the cloud.
Hosting eTrack Project Management Software in Europe With concerns being raised about latency to the eTrack hosted servers in Australia, Park Hood invited Precept’s infrastructure specialists into the discussion to find a more efficient solution.
Working together with Precept Keith Osborne, Technical Director at Precept IT reviewed the software requirements and designed an appropriate environment to begin testing eTrack’s software. Working closely with the team at eTrack, Keith and his colleagues on the Precept infrastructure team were quickly able to optimise the environment.
Moving forward With Park Hood as a reference, and a robust, secure hosting platform in place, eTrack are now confidently marketing their project management software to organisations across Europe.
